01

Ambulatory Core

This is perfect for onboarding a new hire to help transition them into the “real world”. Additionally, this can serve as a yearly overview of the key components for success in primary care.

All sessions are updated to current guidelines and can be set up as a “training module” complete with pre-test assessments, 8 modules of education, and a post-test to assess mastery – plus access to Dr. Ulmer to help clear up areas still not understood after completion.

CME: 4 hours of AMA PRA Cat I/AAFP Prescribed credit allowed upon completion. Suitable for all providers (MD/DO, NP, PA)

02

Hospital Core

Ideal for new providers embarking on hospital-based, general internal medicine medical care which covers topics of coding/billing optimization as well as tactics on “medical necessity” capture.

Sessions are updated each year, so this offering can serve as a yearly staff requirement that promotes quality, compliance, and enhances revenue – all with an applicable tie-in to the clinical workload of busy providers.

CME: 4 hours of AMA PRA Cat I/AAFP Prescribed credit allowed upon completion. Suitable for all providers (MD/DO, NP, PA)

03

Site Specific Core

This unique clinical offering is designed by you to meet your needs – review the 40 educational sessions and pick up to 8 for us to design a curriculum (0.5 AMA PRA Cat I/AAFP Prescribed CME per session). Additional CME offerings can be priced upon request.

The example shown is for the Physician Advisor, to provide a “real life view” of what can be constructed.

A pre-test/module series/post-test can be constructed with an outcomes report generated upon completion. Optimal for onboarding or yearly training updates.

04

GME Specific Education

The vast needs surrounding graduate medical coding education has been present since before I started Protime in 2000 – and the need is even greater today.

Built from the base Practice Enhancement education, our GME offering covers two, eight-session tracks – one for the ambulatory space and one for the hospital space. These come with the complete education and reporting that other Tracks offer to provide key feedback to promote learning to both physicians and NP/PAs in training.

The physician-level GME curriculum is expanded to also provide education for upper-level residents in both the 2nd and 3rd years of training.
